The German four stacker Cecilia was seized by the U.S. when 
we entered WW 1. She was carrying a treasure belonging to the
Germans and tried to avoid the British Cruisers by going into a 
port in Maine. She was seized, and was renamed the U.S.S. Mar-
tha Washington, she carried supplies and troops and after the 
war she carried thousands of our troops home. Call me at 1-919-
